2019-20 National Honor Society Application
Please read the information located under the Prospective Members tab. Here you will find eligibility information. The Chapter Bylaws will explain what will be required of you as a member.
Complete this online form to be considered for membership in the Oasis Chapter of the National Honor Society. Complete all sections. Answer in complete sentences. This is a formal application. All information submitted will be used by the Oasis NHS Faculty Council to assist with the selection process. To check for spelling errors you might want to consider typing your responses in a word document and copying it into the answer box. Do your best to give a good impression.
Please complete ALL parts of the application on or before Tuesday, March 26th at 2:00 pm. ANYTHING TURNED IN AFTER THIS TIME WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Emails will be sent by Monday, April 1st to let candidates know whether or not they have been accepted.
The induction ceremony will be held on Thursday, April 4th at 6 pm in the Oasis High School cafeteria.
This is a new application process for Oasis High School’s National Honor Society. Please read all directions carefully to ensure that your application and forms are submitted correctly. If you have any questions, email Mrs. Cannon [email protected] . The application and teacher recommendation are Google Forms. You must use your @oasishs.org email address to access the forms. If you do not have regular access to a computer, please speak with the NHS sponsor, Mrs. Cannon (room 118) to make necessary arrangements. Applications can only be submitted once per user.

Teacher Recommendations
Email 3 past or present teachers and ask them to fill out an online recommendation. Include the instructions in an email requesting their recommendation. Emails must be sent to teachers on or before Thursday, March 14th . All 3 recommendations MUST be completed.
